Our vision is that every person coming to our school will leave with the essential skills to ensure employment commensurate with their experience and training, regardless of home country or immigration status. For over 30 years, the host agency, WSC, has adhered to the following mission: Working Skills Centre (WSC) is an innovative, community-based, non-profit, charitable organization that empowers immigrants, primarily women. Our purpose is to prepare our clients to fully participate in Canadian society by providing education, work experience, and settlement services that ultimately lead to employment.
